With the turn of the financial year passing, a Technology Exhibition was planned to see in the new Financial year with a bang. Corporations from around the globe are using the event to not only unveil new products to the public, but also as a way to strike up new business contacts, reaffirm old contacts and to show off how much they have improved. Of the Mega Corporations, only 3 have decided to use the event directly, Red Dragon plan on showcasing a new hover car, a vehicle that is practical for the working man, if he can afford the expensive price tag. Ares plan on showing the world how they plan on revolutionizing the weapons of tomorrow, by providing the public with information on their new prototype weapons modification that removes the firing mechanism for an electronic equivalent that they say they can be fired in any condition, even vacuum. And Euro Corp have their own new VToL heavy goods transporter that they are very much proud of. But not all is what it seems.

It's 3 hours before the Exhibition, and preparations and final checks are being preformed within the stadium of the new city of Querathea, Australia, a city of skyscrapers, beautiful parks and clean air. A city dedicated to showing just what technology means for the future of mankind.

The tinted double doors slide opening allowing entry. All heads in the room turned in the direction of one young, beautiful red headed woman. Max peered back at them through her specially made sunglasses, knowing that no one would be able to tell exactly who she was watching. Grinning she made her way over to the Areas section of the stadium. Her parents and a few of there hand picked associates were running about finishing up a last minute OCD problem of her mothers. Rolling her eyes she slide onto the edge of the stage and crossed her feet. Suddenly a man in all leather uniform approached her. "Miss Maxine, your father has requested I bring you your uniform so you are prepared to show case your items." Gritting her teeth at the sound of her first name she nodded her head and took the items the man was offering her. "Thanks, bub!" Standing up she headed into the back room and began strapping on numerous belts and holsters. Her parents wanted her to showcase this year since they weren't sure who in the company they could trust anymore. Sometimes she wasn't even sure which side her parents were on. As she strapped the last holster around her toned thigh she walked back out onto stage to continue watching the others.

On the next stage in front of a giant flag bearing a red dragon stood a lone figure next to a metal crate. The figure was decked out in full security armor, a helmet in place, its dark visor coveting the person's eyes. No one could tell if the person was male or female, but they were short and bore a nameplate on the side of their helmet labeling them with the name "Mikka". Mikka didn't shift, didn't move, and seemed more like a statue than a real person. Several people walked by to look at Mikka and the crate, but Mikka never addressed them or even turned to look. Hands were folded in front, feet shoulder width apart. Mikka was one hundred percent professional. If anyone had seen the young girl just hours before, though, they would have never guessed her to be the armored figure standing watch over the prototype crate.

On the third and final stage that belonged to Euro Corp, large curtains were drawn shut so the contents were a mystery to all who passed by. Loud bangs and clunking noises could be heard coming from within and every so often the occasional swear word would echo round the hall. Finally there was a loud cry of triumph and seconds later a man appeared, his hands covered in oil and grease marks with a few streaks across his cheeks. He grinned happily as a fellow worker hurried to him, squeaking in panic at the sight of the man. "Jacob! You need to get cleaned up!" they cried and began herding him to a backstage area where he was made to scrub his hands and face before changing into clean clothes. Once Jacob's appearance was approved he wondered back to the front of the stage, where he glanced round curiously at the other exhibitions.

Walking through the tinted double doors, he kept staring at the invitation in his hand, reading and rereading it again, hoping it would give him more information than it did. Wearing his favorite pristine white labcoat, Kristof found his way toward the Ares Hardware section. Admittedly, he'd rather be back in the lab working on something than attending one of these events - something he viewed as a frivolity. But curiosity got the better of him this time, he realized with a low grunt to himself. In his coat, he looked more like a presenter than an attendee, and the feeling made him a bit uncomfortable.

Soon, a slender red-head came into the conference center wearing a strapless black top and skirt and a decorative choker necklace that looked suspiciously like a dog collar. Kiora approached Euro Corp's stage and approached the one person she saw hanging around. "Are you the person I'm supposed to talk to?" she asked Jacob, "I'm the model." The girl fixed him with a bold green-eyed gazed, she couldn't be any older than 18 or 19.

Beckett came out from behind the curtain. He was dressed in the uniform of the Euro Corp's Security, and everyone knew him as the new guy. He had been assigned to the job just a few hours ago under the alias of Bart Donaldson. He had been quiet and reserved, doing his job to the letter like the rookie he was suppose to be playing. He pulled out a Data pad and took his time to go through as if it was all new to him, and smiled to her. "Hi there. Just let me scan your PiN and I'll get that verified miss."

A tall gentleman in a finely tailored suit came up behind Kiora. His entire demeanor seemed a little...off, and when he spoke it was clear what it was. Every movement, gesture, and word seemed just a little flamboyant. "MorrĂgan, is everything in order?" Rowin asked the red-head, gazing around the room, not even looking towards Beckett. It was as though the security officer didn't even exist to him.

"I believe so, Mr. Goldleaf." Kiora answered, as she allowed Beckett to scan her PiN. The name that came up was MorrĂgan O'Brian, Rowin had payed good money for this fake PiN so it had better work.

Max smirked slightly as Kristof came into her view. Kneeling on the edge of the stage she got really close to him and smiled. "Psst!!!" Giggling slightly she stood and waved him up onto the stage. "Come on, lets get you out of that stuffy coat. We have a locker you can put it in for safe keeping." Winking at him she held open the curtain that led to the rest of the stage. The curtain was up to conceal everything until it was time to unveil. Almost all of the associates from Ares were back there running around, doing her mothers bidding. Hearing a shout from her mother she rolled her eyes. She hated these things, it was just another chance for people to stare at her while she 'modeled' off there new items. Most of the guys weren't even there for the items but for the show. But whatever, she did as her parents asked and if anyone gave her crap she dealt with them accordingly.

After quite some time of standing there, Mikka finally got sick of just standing there. The scientists hadn't arrived yet and she was the only one standing guard because the others needed breaks and she didn't. Her eyes traveled to the stage next to her. She spotted the mechanic and let out a sigh. Ever since her first affair, Red Dragon had surrounded her with married people. Here, though, they had limited control. Mikka shifted so she could record the man work and watch people. He was cute, and though she was monitoring things, she was still a girl.

Jacob turned to Kiora as she addressed him and smiled but before he could reply Beckett had appeared and had began processing her PiN. "This guy will show you through to where you can get changed once he's finished with all this official stuff, once your ready come find me and i'll show you what exactly it is you're modeling beside. Oh and i'm afraid your agent here.." he motioned to Rowin with a jab of his thumb. "...will have to wait out here." He turned to Beckett and patted him roughly on the shoulder. "Make sure to take a record of his PiN as well Donaldson then take the lady through to get ready...your doing a great job!" he grinned then turned and wandered off, his eyes curiously looking at the other stages taking in all those working around them. He paused when his eyes settled on Mikka who seemed to be watching him in return and he couldn't help but notice she was all alone. He wondered slowly over to her, smiling as he drew nearer to her. "Seems your co-workers have abandoned you..." he said jokingly hoping she wasn't one of those people who hated talking to members of an opposing corporation.

Kristof blinked at Max's cheery disposition, but then furrowed his brows and grunted, as if in response. "I'm.. I'm not here for work, child. I was invited as a guest to the exhibition," he said, showing her the invitation still clutched in his hand. "Here, see?"

Beckett scanned her PiN with a smile, twice. He used his own personal Comm to scan and the security pad that he had to scan it. One picked up the flaw and the other passed it as real. "Alright Miss O'Brian, your cleared. Beastman here can wait out here while I escort you." He pulled the curtain to the side a little, gesturing for her to go on ahead.

Max narrowed her eyes at Kristof before she glanced at his invite. "Call me child again, and I'll tear your eyes out. Winking at him she went into the backstage. Her father walked by and gave her a questioning look. "Admirer?" Rolling he eyes she leaned against the wall. "Hardly. Some prick who thinks because I'm young I don't know anything."

Looking at Jacob, Mikka reached up and unhooked her helmet. She took off her helmet, her long silver hair swinging free and her metallic red eye focusing on Jacob. Her green human eye was slightly narrowed in a smile as she hopped down from the stage. "They decided they needed a break," she said, her voice sounding strange because of it's dual tonality. It had a human aspect, but also a mechanical metal aspect. She held her helmet under one arm and looked up at him.

The frown on Kristof's face deepened. He didn't even get a chance to reply to the sassy girl before she stormed off in a huff. He just grunted to himself, not sure whether he was sad or glad that he didn't even get the girl's name. Or that she didn't ask his. Perhaps his coat made it seem like he really should have been working here, or something, and it was just a simple mistake. Just then, a frustrating thought occurred to him. Hmm, did she already know my name beforehand? The thought made him a bit nervous, though he made an effort not to show it. he glanced down at his hand again, reading the contents of the invitation for the umpteenth time, wondering when this convention was going to start rolling into high gear.

"Max, we don't really need you back here so why don't you go look around." Sighing she pushed off the wall and went back to the stage. Seeing Kristof still standing there she frowned and went to the edge. Sitting down she cleared her throat. "Sorry about earlier. I don't appreciate being called a child and it set me off." Running a hand through her long thick red hair she sighed heavily. "I may be young but I know more about this company than anyone out there. I'm Max, head of this Ares Division."

Jacob couldn't help but stare slightly as Mikka removed her helmet and he could better see her red eye. He quickly picked up on her dual tonality and a large grin suddenly spread across his face. "So what are you?" he asked curiously, his interest in her mechanics incredibly high. "Or am I not supposed to know?"

"I am security for Red Dragon," Mikka said, her eyes traveling across Jacob's face. "Beyond that is classified." She smelled the oil on his clothes, spotted the tools, knew what it all meant. "I am also a mechanic for Red Dragon, although recently I am to be assigned to duties outside the lab." Her internal computer started recording when he walked over and continued to do so. He was really cute, but also worked for another corporation. And she hadn't been around enough men of late who were this obviously skilled if he was at the convention.

Upon her quick return and the sound of her throat clearing, Kristof looked up and saw Max sitting by the edge. His gaze was wary for a moment, until she mentioned being the head of this Ares Division. He grunted again, something that may have sounded like a cross between bemusement and disbelief. "Yes, well, I did not mean to offend, miss... Max, is it? A pleasure," he extended his hand. "My name is Dr. Lander. But I'm sure you knew that when you saw my invitation, hmm?" He raised his eyebrows a bit in a moment of levity before continuing, "Think nothing of it. Now... did you say you are the head of this division? You seem quite young for such a high-ranking position. I've been doing my job for close to 8 years and even I haven't been promoted to Chief of my department yet." His lips thinned as he thought he may be saying too much to someone he doesn't know. "But, erm, any idea when this show is supposed to begin? I admit I'm quite curious to see what Ares has prepared to showcase."

Max willingly shook his hand and raised an eyebrow at him disbelief. "My parents are mainly in charge but we have an understanding. I normally stay out of it unless they want me involved. But I often try to stay out of it until they step down, when I will take over completely." Looking over as people started flowing into the room. "Looks like it'll be starting really soon. And please, just Max. Do you prefer Dr. Lander or Kristof?" Kicking her feet back and forth her heals clicked together a few times before she stopped and jumped down off the stage to lean against it.

"I'm a mechanic too." Jacob replied as he leant against the Red Dragon stage, loosening the tie around his neck slightly as he did. "I don't get to do much else apart from design and build things. You're going to get to see one of my creations soon." he said with a grin as he motioned to the curtain that covered Euro Corps stage. "So you do security, mechanics and now some other jobs...do you ever get any time off?" he asked with a chuckle.

"I see, Max. That is...quite an interesting understanding you have with your parents," replied Kristof. "Would I know who your parents are, by chance?" He paused, "And you may call me Dr. Lander for now. Respectfully, Max, I do not know you well enough to be on a first name basis. I hope you understand." He cracked a smile, though it didn't touch his eyes.

"Time...off?" Mikka asked. The confusion was evident even in her strange voice. "Like the breaks the humans take?" she asked quietly. "No, I do not need breaks. That is something the others do." She stood near Jacob, but did not lean on the stage. Even such a simple act could be disastrous for her. Instead she cocked one armored hip out and stood like that. "What do you build?" In all her five years, she had never met anyone who didn't show up instantly in her internal records. But now, in the outside world, she was finding that without open access, her interactions were limited.

"My parents are Noah and Isabella Lynch." Max waited for the recognition to dawn on him before she continued. Everyone knew their family so she figured she wouldn't have to explain much more. "Well then, Dr. Lander, what exactly is it you do for Ares?" Her voice was soft as she spoke with him. She didn't like eavesdroppers and she made sure no one was being nosey.

Kiora smiled sweetly at Beckett and turned to Rowin, "I'll be back soon, sir." She then turned back to the security officer, "Please, call me Morrigan." she said as she followed him behind the curtain.

"Have a good day at work, dear." Rowin waved after Kiora before turning to wander around the building. "Xavier Goldlief" wandered about, gazing curiously at the things being prepared for display. Under his nonchalant exterior, Rowin's eyes were sharp, looking around, examining all the security measures he could find.

Beckett led Kiora passed the Transporter and through another door that led to the back stage area. "That's one hell of a body guard you've got. Looks like he's had his fair share of augmentations."

"Ah ha!" Jacob said suddenly still grinning as his eyes sparkled watching Mikka. "So your not human because you just said like the breaks humans take...I knew there was something about you." he chuckled as he ran his fingers through his hair. "Don't worry I won't tell anyone, wouldn't want to get you into any trouble or anything...ok so what do I build?" he said repeating her question. "Whatever you want basically, i'm good at everything. But the corp has me mainly working on different kinds of vehicles..."

Mikka actually clapped both hands over her mouth as she realized what she had done. Her helmet hit the ground with a clatter, and she quickly retrieved it. "I was not supposed to say anything," she quietly chided herself. "I cannot believe I let that slip." Mikka knew better, too. Her internal computer marked Jacob as someone to watch. Mikka let it go, though, as he said he wouldn't say anything. She listened to what he had to say. "How are you at bioware and advanced robotics?" she asked, a twinkle in her eye.

Kristof raised his eyebrows in instant recognition of the names Max said. "Oh! Well then, Max, it is very nice to make your acquaintance. Please give them my regards the next time you see them. I appreciate all they have done for the company." He continued talking at a normal volume, oblivious to Max's cautiousness, "And in response to your question, I am a development research scientist for the company. In particular, I specialize in explosive device creation and experimentation. And you?"

Kiora laughed out loud rather suddenly when Beckett commented on Rowin, though she stopped almost as suddenly, looking rather embarrassed. "He's not my body guard, he's my legal guardian. He...enjoys having the best money can buy."

"Fair enough." Beckett replied, keeping himself in character. He led her to their designated changing area and opened the door for her. "You'll find everything you need in there. If you need me I'll just be outside the door."

"My parents are actually here, maybe you can say hi to them after the show starts." Several more people were beginning to flood in through the doors as they spoke but it wasn't too crowded yet. Max figured she probably only had another 5 minutes. "Very interesting. Me? I design and make all the weapons. Everything in the show today, came from my head and hands." She smiled proudly for a moment before one of her parents employees poked there head out of the curtains. "Maxine..." She gritted her teeth at the name and shot the man a glare. "I'll be right there." He ducked back in after hearing her slightly angered tone. Taking a deep breath, Max reached into her jacket and pulled out a digitized card. Smiling she handed it over to Kristof. "It was nice talking to you, maybe we'll see each other around." Winking she hopped back on stage and gave Kristof another glance before entering the curtained area. She removed her jacket and hung it up. Moving over to the table she began filling her holsters with their proper weapons. Looking over her work she frowned. "Dad, where's the T-89, Maxaw?" Her father walked up holding the prized gun, polishing it. Smiling Max rolled her eyes and took it from him carefully. Placing it on the table she turned to him and frowned. "Dad, its not one of your prize Rolex's. Its a weapon." Her father sighed, kissed her forehead and grinned. "Yeah yeah, it's one of your prized toys, I know. I'm going to go sit with your mother. Have fun." And with that, Max was left alone to collect her thoughts. She hated crowds but it was part of the job, at least she didn't have to do any speaking.

"Bioware and advanced robotics?" Jacob repeated then shrugged. "I've unfortunately never had the chance to work in that area. But you never know I might be lucky enough one day to give it a try..." he said then smiled. "Why do you ask?" he said with a curious tone.

Kiora entered the room, changed quickly, and checked her reflection in the mirror, only because Rowin had told her to. After only a minute or two, she came back out. "So, how much longer do I have to wait?" she asked Beckett.

"That is my area of expertise," Mikka said. Her mechanical eye was scanning faces in the area, although no one would be able to tell since it didn't even resemble a real eye. Her green, human eye was rested on Jacob. "I excel in robotics and bioware. Studying everything else in the meantime." She looked around for a moment, wanting the rest of her team to rejoin her. Standing here as the only line of defense made her anxious.

"We are scheduled to be one of the last to demonstrate our product. So it's quite a while from now." Beckett said to her. "You're to warm up and get yourself prepared for the event, you are also to keep your PiN public so our security can track you so that you don't go wandering off too far as well. It will be a while unfortunately but we'll get there soon enough. I'll have your guardian brought through so you have someone to speak to once we've verified his PiN and got him through clearance."

Kiora knew better than to let on that Rowin needed to be out there. She just laughed quietly, "I'm sure he'd rather watch the show." she said, "But you can ask him if he'd like to join me."

Taking the digitized card, Kristof looked at it, then looked up at Max as she was walking away. "You too!" He then moved away from the stage and began to look around through the crowd to see if there were any familiar faces.

"Don't worry I will." Beckett replied to her, he would have to go soon, and deal with his own job for the event and he took note of the time. One of the other members of the Euro Corp security was passing and he flagged him over. "Do me a favour and watch over the girl. I've gotta go leak. Will be back as soon as I can." The other security guard sighed and waved him off. "Hurry up. You should learn to hold it till after you've finished work Bart." Beckett was off as soon as he got the clear. He headed through the back ways and found himself a secluded spot, one that he had visited earlier, he retrieved a brief case and opened it up and soon he was out of his disguise and donning a more plain set of clothing and a pistol. He closed the brief case and started to head for the walk ways high above the main floor of the exhibition hall.

"Well if you excel in robotics and biowares I know exactly who to come to if I want to learn about it..." Jacob replied with a grin then turned to look at the crowds of people that had started to enter the exhibition. "Looks like its starting soon..." he said with a sigh as he straightened up and fixed his tie. "I suppose I better get back to my stage. Maybe i'll see you later..." he smiled at her one more time then turned and quickly strode back to the Euro Corp area.

Attendants from the stadium went around the room and told all the participants that in just a few shorts seconds all the lights would come on which was there cue to open there curtains.

Just like they sad, the dim room was illuminated as if the Sun was right outside the windows peaking in. Attendants nodded to each other and they each motioned from the Corps to open there curtains at the same time. Slowly curtains were drawn to reveal to all the on lookers, the treasures behind.

Rowin smiled as he stood in front of the ares corp stage. As he watched, he checked the files on his comlink to see what he needed to grab before the night was over.

Max strutted forward on the stage and stood there in front of the Ares crowd. In just a few moments her parents would step forward and explain all the gear she was wearing but for now, she was just supposed to walk back and forth, pull out a gun every now and then and show it off. They wanted the crowd to be able to get a good look at everything before they asked questions and before they had a chance to explain the products.

Beckett had made his way up stairs. Everything was getting started, and he quickly checked the event's plan on his internal comm, the data scrolling on an overlay of his vision. His disguise and latest PiN change had guaranteed that he would get no bother from anyone. He made his way up to his predetermined vantage point, seeing directly over the Red Dragon's allotted space. It be a while before they showed off their new product, so he sat himself down, opened up his case and began the work of constructing his Rifle.

As the curtain pulled away from the Euro Corp stage, a slender red-head--no older than 18--was revealed showing off the corporations brand new transporter. Kiora had never done anything like this before, and she was uncomfortable being so exposed in front of a crowd. The girl was used to staying out of the way until her time came to work, and work never involved being out in the open where anybody could just pick her off. Still though, she didn't let her discomfort show, Master wouldn't be happy if she ruined the job.

Mikka stood next to the stage, her internal camera quickly scanning faces and matching them up with their PiN identifications if they were available to her. A strange sound invaded her senses from above, but the helmet she was being forced to wear was playing with her enhanced vision. She distinctly heard the sound of metal rasping lightly on metal but with everything else going on, she temporarily dismissed it.

Jacob walked up onto the Euro Corp stage, carrying a data pad with all the information he would need for their presentation. He hated doing public speaking but their was no one else for the job. He stopped by Kiora and smiled as he resisted the urge to loosen the tie around his neck. "Your doing great." he said as he read over the details on the data pad.

The look of surprise on Kristof's face was short-lived, as he quickly realized he should have figured Max would be presenting. His curiosity was now properly piqued, but he remained silent, waiting to see what else the corporation had in store.

Max stood back as they brought out a paper target and hung it up. Pulling out the T-89 Maxaw, she aimed, took off the safty, and fired once. Her father spoke up for a moment. "That will be the only firing demonstration, if you'd like to see any other guns fired, you can find Max later and she will direct you to her office where she has a full firing range. On that note..." They brought out a gun shelf and Max began removing all the guns and hanging them up, while she was doing that, a hover bike was brought out, decked out completely. It even had a glass enclosure so at high speeds you would still be safe. Since Max's part of the show was over she hopped down off the stage and walked over to Kristof and smiled. "Enjoying the show?"

Kiora resisted the urge to make a snide remark as Jacob told her she was doing well. Of course she was doing well. She always did what Rowin told her. The irritation flashed through her eyes for only a moment before her showy smile turned genuine as she saw Rowin watching the Ares items being placed on a shelf across the way.

Kristof grunted once as Max came back. "I'm not much for guns, frankly. They're all the same to me. Point the barrel, pull the trigger, and bang. Bah, there's no variety. I rather prefer the subtleties that come with mobile detonating devices." He paused, "But, impressive enough all the same. What do you have to do next?" he asked.

Pursing her lips together for a moment, Max nodded her head. "Nothing really, I'm supposed to show the other weapons a little later, but other than that, my day is pretty empty." Pointing up at the stage she smiled at the cherry red bike. "That baby, she's mine. Helped build her and everything. I haven't been able to take her out for a ride yet, but after the show I can. After this little bit, they'll show the space technology and then the big 'guns' come out. We do have bombs, and such but I didn't build those."

Rowin grabbed his cane and stepped forward to the weapons rack, "excuse me dear. Might I have a moment of your time." Rowin smiled looking at Max. He hopped this half ass smash and grab would work. "I am looking for the weapons modifications."

He nodded at Max. "I see," said Kristof. "Ah, so you are a mechanic as well, then? Lovely." he asked. "If you are free, would you mind if an old man accompanied you for awhile?" he grunted bemusedly.

Beckett was calm in his little hiding spot, with the rifle constructed and set up, with a view over the entire ground floor, he lay down and brought his eye to the scope. His internal Comm was working on the next stage of the plan, he had already hacked into the security feed unaware, and had every camera in the building feeding him data. He was taking his time, going through all the communication signals in the building, narrowing down the one that his target was using so that he can start the process of hacking her personally and tampering with her own visual feeds.

Max turned to Rowin for a second before smiling at Kristof, "Excuse me for just a second." Turning back to her little intrusion she forced a small smile. "The mods won't come out until later when I'm back on stage. So in about an hour we'll bring them out for everyone to see." Nodding at the man she turned back towards Kristof and grinned. "Oh your not that old. A little too old for my tastes but still good looking." Patting his shoulder gently she giggled. "But no, I could use the company."

Rowin shrugged and moved towards back stage, not hiding or avoiding contact. He walked right up to the guards around the side and smiled at them. "I need to report strange activity." He posed for a moment sending Kiora a message over her comm. Be ready when you hear a boom, don't move until ordered

Kiora sent a simple acknowledgement back to Rowin in response and continued standing by the vehicle, smiling her bright smile.

After speaking with a few people interested in the vehicle, Jacob stepped backwards then turned to smile at Kiora. "Getting bored yet?" he asked with a grin. "You don't have to lie to me...I hate these things." he said then chuckled.

Kiora laughed and looked over at him, "I'm hoping it will get more exciting soon." She said with a smirk. This guy really stuck close, she hoped he wouldn't give her too much trouble.

Nodding, Kristof looked at Rowin for a moment before politely taking a short step away to give them room to talk. When they were done, he smiled at Max's compliment with an added grunt, "Heh. That's funny." His voice carried a hint of a thanks-for-trying-to-be-cheerful-about-it inflection. Then he nodded again at her acceptance and waved an arm, "Please, lead the way."

The guard Rowin was talking to quirked an eyebrow at the man and rolled his eyes. "I don't work for the Exhibition, I work for that pretty little lady standing behind you." Max had watched where Rowin went and followed him. She leaned against the stage and smiled apologetically at Kristof. Turning back towards Rowin she frowned deeply. "You'll have to wait just like the other to see it. And if your not happy with that, you can just walk your ass right back out of the building."

Rowin Smiled brightly showing off his fangs. "No I think not." He said opening his jacket to reveal a suicide vest. "Now, I am one of six bombs in and around this facility. My pulse stops, the bombs go off. And before you try anything funny I would like you to keep in mind that anyone seeing this vest will have an adverse reaction causing alarm and then someone who is not privy to the information you have will shoot me. And well, you see how negatively it would reflect on every corporation here if security failed to stop a terrorist attack at the largest expo of the year!" He then smiled. "Now, your corporation can do with the loss of a few mill and weapons accessories, but the negative reputation that would come from one of the greatest PMCs failing to keep this building from total destruction. that would echo into eternity."
Rowin knew it was a dodgy play. however the fact that His contact did not ask questions over what he brought into the event building a week in advance placing it in the vents near the support beams for the convention center. Well it was helpful to say the least, but he knew he was never going to hear the end of robbing from his own company...

"You're hoping this place is going to get more exciting? I'm afraid your probably going to be pretty disappointed. These things could never be described as exciting..." Jacob replied as he moved to stand beside Kiora, looking out over the crowds of people walking round the exhibition hall. "So what do you think of it? My beautiful creation..." he said with a grin as he motioned to the vehicle beside them.

Kiora shrugged, "I guess it's nice for a transport. I don't really know much about vehicles." For someone who had often been described as guileless, she kept her anticipation out of her voice rather well.

Beckett finished his hack, he was now deeply infiltrated into the Red Dragon's security systems, specifically of his target. He made the change he wanted and pulled out.

As Mikka viewed her surroundings, a small graphical glitch effected her hud. Then all of a sudden, in her ear, her designated communication office sounded panicked. "Mikka! We've been hacked! Source is in the building but have no confirmed location. Don't know the extent of the intrusion." Just then, every member of the Eurocorp staff were highlighted on her tactical display, showing them all as priority threats.

Mikka made a noise like static. She grimaced and automatically lifted the gun they had given her to use. She also cut off her own link, becoming a completely separate entity from the main Wave. Mikka knew her directive, but her human brain argued that she couldn't just start eliminating threats. Instead she took careful aim at the Euro Corp stage.

"Good for transport? This thing is the best!" Jacob replied with a chuckle. He continued watching the crowd, his eyes occasionally glancing towards the other stages. When he looked at the Red Dragon stage for the last time his eyes widened slightly when he saw Mikka aiming a gun straight for were he and Kiora were standing and many of his fellow workers were standing behind the scenes. She has to be doing some kind of demonstration.. he thought though his grip tightened on his data pad nervously.

Max eyed the mans vest for a few moments. He had shown it to scare her, but unfortunately it hadn't done the trick. She'd been threatened with worse. Glancing at the guard she nodded her head and he stepped aside. The guard kept his eye on the two as Max walked up the stage and led the way into the back. Going through a doorway into a storage room she stood next to one of the biggest high tech safes known to all the Corps. Leaning against it she watched Rowin with a steady eye. "Your life is no concern of mine. And unless you have some way of killing yourself, that doesnt involve someone shooting you, then your plan has many faults. Because I dont need to kill you, to stop you."

Kristof grunted as Max was again pulled away on what he could only assume was business related. He thought for a moment, then nodded in decision. He started to walk away from the Ares stage and began wandering around to the other stages. He was more walking around aimlessly, trying to find something to occupy his interest.

Kiora seemed to notice the Red Dragon operative a split second before Jacob did. The thought of a demonstration didn't even cross her mind, instinct took over. She moved with surprising speed, taking cover behind the vehicle. Rowin, she sent over the comlink, Red Dragon has taken aim at the Euro Corp stage and appears hostile.

Rowin followed her and Was Impressed, the woman had a pair. "Why would I tell you everywhere I can destroy the building, Or of this little job Wage Slave?" He looked her over, and then the safe. "Please just retrieve the XM-855 so I can do my job and go home?" He paused for a moment, "I could also just drop this vest activating the dead mans switch and blow the vault open, but that would be a waist of time and explosives. Loud noises, and god knows I Hate this shit. Can we please just do this in the smart way? I don't really have time, and I only need the one piece." Rowin then used his comm link to send a message to Kiora. If the shooting start drive the transport into this room... I'll blow the safe as a last resort.

"Sweetheart, I never asked where the other explosives were, nor about this Wage Slave bullshit." Listening to him rant, Max grinned. "It would also blow you up...have you not thought that part through?" Placing her hand into the goo of the palm scanner she waited ten beats before removing her hand and turned the knob on the door. Opening the large container she turned on the light and stepped in. Each piece of item had its open locked security box. Walking down the row she stopped at the precise box and held her right up to it. A small mechanism came out and probed her eye for any contacts that could trick the system, once the computer was happy with itself it went back into its hidey hole and the box slide open. Grabbing the XM-855, she held onto it tightly before turning to Rowin. "Who told you about this? And why? I dont want to know to get you in trouble, I could really care less, I could just make more. I just want to know whos trying to bring down the Corps."

With the brightest grin Rowin would muster with a slight laugh.
Well that would be one Mr. Johnson." He answered the question with a sarcastic tone. "You know how we work. No questions, and as for the vest... Well if I failed today then the vest killing me would be the least of my problems." He then kicked the safe shut, and walked for the door. pulling out a detonator, and setting it for number one. pulling the plunger blowing open the main access door to the convention hall. Get the car we are out of here. He commed to Kiora. simultaneously setting the detonator two number two, and blowing the incendiary bombs starting a major fie on the second and third floors of the admen offices adjoined to the building spraying white phopheres everywhere on the floors.
